The main priorities of the policy of our Company are active cooperation with Universities, the exchange of scientific ideas, full scale confirmation of theoretical developments based on tests and work with young specialists.

Cooperation agreement on scientific, technical and educational activities was signed between OOO NPP ARMATA and Don State Technical University (DGTU) in 2017. Joint activity of our practical experience and scientific and theoretical experience of the University will allow us to take on very serious technological developments which are necessary for customers. In this case, the University receives information about the most relevant wishes for the development of innovative solutions for the leading players Russian oil and gas sector and access to the current needs of Russian oil and gas industry (called "first-hand"), in all areas: exploitation, processing, transportation, distribution and storage of oil and gas products.

First of all, direct cooperation with such faculties as "Automation, mechatronics and management", "Energy and oil and gas industry" will allow to employ groups of the best graduates for work, and the University will be assured of high-quality employment of its students. It is very multifaceted partnership and can be supplemented by various activities and mutually beneficial work.
